Job Description:
Working within a Data Centre Environment of this major financial organisation you will be responsible for the support and administration of Connect Direct.
The team is responsible for all 2nd/3rd level support of this software, including out of hours on-call. Working across all the European departments this role will challenge your skills as the team works to ensure service levels are maintained.
Essential skills for this role:
- Demonstrable experience with Connect:Direct & Connect:Direct Secure+ V3.6/V3.8 with the ability to provide an explanation of that experience. (This includes Install, Configure, Customise, Upgrade and Maintain)
- Connect Control Centre V3/V4.1
- Working knowledge of UNIX on AIX & Solaris
- Familiar with ITIL principles
- Good communicator, great team working ability, flexible
This role will be working with range of internal and external 3rd parties so credibility is very important. Any experience of Control-M or ISEB qualifications would be favourable. |
