Job Description:

A leading financial organisation has the requirement for a development DBA with considerable commercial experience. Your role will be to enable projects to become BAU by utilising your skills in this specialist area.

Key skills are:

  • Significant work within an OO Development team as a Development DBA
  • Strong DB2 and UNIX (not MVS)
  • Good all round communication and team working abilities
Your task will include managing tables, indexes and stored procedures, working with software development teams and liaising with the architectural team to ensure the business strategy is followed.
