Job Description:
An experienced and credible professional is required to lead a team of security engineers covering a major international banking companies systems, networking and applications security.
This role will have a split or management and technical elements to it. You must be able to manage the team workload and reporting as well as provide technical insight into security issues.
Essential skills:
- In depth security experience across a range of technologies and environments
- Experience of mixed technology solutions across WinTel, UNIX (Solaris & AIX), Linux and Networking.
- Thorough understanding of IT Security Forensics
- Experienced in understanding and applying policies
- Proven team leader
Certification will be an advantage covering systems, applications and infrastructure.
It will also be advantageous if you have previous penetration testing, web application, Firewall 1 and security tools experience.
