My client is major financial organisation based over a number of locations in Basingstoke and London (West and Central London). This role is based on a 24x7 rotating shift basis so you must be comfortable working to those patterns and within that sector.
You will be responsible for 1st line monitoring and reacting to events for networking systems in a mission critical, high availability environment.

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrable 1st line network support experience
• Experience in a Data Centre / High Availability environment
• Good all-round networking skills covering switching & routing
• Experience of Problem and Change Management Tools (such as Remedy)
